I'll start from the beginning... :)

Just arrived at the hospital. Ready to get this show on the road. It's so weird to look back on this picture and know that he was crammed in my belly!
Easton made his big debut at 6:39 p.m on April 10th. Exactly 12 hours after I got there.
He weighed 8 lbs 8 oz and was 20 inches long.

Exercising his new little lungs! He sure did let us know he was here! Ha ha.

My first time holding my little guy! Man I was swollen and exhausted!

First time meeting his big sister! Kaydence kept saying it was her turn to hold her new baby brother!

Kaydence kept playing doctor and listening to Easton's heartbeat. Yup, guess she thinks it's in his head. Ha ha. He's such a sport to let her pick on him. :)

Daddy's little angels!
The transition to home life with 2 kids was a lot easier than I thought it was going to be. You really do know what to expect with your 2nd kid. The only challenge was feeling like I gave them both enough attention. Kaydence loves her baby brother and is so helpful getting diapers or anything that she can for me. She is such a happy little girl and has adjusted really well. Now it's just onward and upward to our crazy life.

Kaydence in a bouncy castle at her friend Sofie's birthday party. She was rolling with laughter the whole time!

Kaydence loves to lay down and copy Easton kicking his legs and trying to roll over. He's not quite sure what to think of her laughing so loud. :) 4 weeks old

Easton's favorite little swingin spot

First outing to church! 7 weeks old

My adorable twosome!
I finally feel like I have gotten to hang of things. The last few weeks have been really great. Easton sleeps 7-8 hours at night and still eats like a champ. He already weighs over 14 lbs!!!! Kaydence wasn't that big til she was 9 months old. Ha ha. He already wears 6 month clothes. It is so much fun to have a big chunky baby! :) He loves to just lay on a blanket and watch Kaydence sing and dance for him! He smiles all the time and makes cooing noises all day long. He is so ticklish, it's adorable to watch him squirm and smile. I cannot tell you how much I enjoy having him in our family!
Kaydence is getting so big! I cannot believe how grown up she is. I think that we've finally got potty training down!! Halelujah!!!! It's like it just clicked one day and she decided it was really gross to go in her diaper. I knew that one day it would happen for her! :) What a relief! She loves to play games and pretend that she is making you food or being a doctor. She makes me laugh all day long. She had a rough couple weeks awhile ago but luckily it didn't last too long. :)
Robs work is going pretty well and he's actually really enjoying it. What a relief huh. :) He plays softball on a recreation league and really likes it. It's fun to take the kids out and watch him every week too. Kaydence cheers for her daddy the whole time.
I am really really grateful that I get to stay home with my kids. It just feels so right for us and right where I need to be. I definitely agree with everyone that says that being a mom is the hardest job you'll ever love! I miss working at the salon and seeing friends but I've got quite a few people coming to my house to get their hair done so it makes up for it. :)
Well, sorry this post is so long but it's fun to let everyone know what's up with the Pecks. Basically we're just loving life and really happy! :)

I am so glad you get to stay home now! It can be hard, but so worth it. As my kids are getting older I have seen the benefits even more. They are getting old enough to even express their appreciation for being a stay at home mom. When their friends have to go to day care, or when they forget something at home and I have to take to school, when they are sick, or a million other things. I truly love it.
