Photo Shoot!

Last week one of my friends took pictures of Kaydence for her portfolio for her photography company. It was so much fun! I was shocked how patient Kaydence was with us dressing her in tons of different clothes. She is such a ham and loves having her picture taken. Wendy did such an amazing job and had the cutest ideas for pictures to do! Here are some of the pics that are my favorite!!

I just noticed that Krystal did a husband tag on me so here goes...

1. Where did you meet your husband? We actually met at Maceys. Yup the grocery store. :)
2. How long did you date before you got married? Rob and I were together 10 months before we got hitched.
3. How long have you been married? 3 1/2 years
4. What does he do that surprises you? He is really good about bringing me little surprises. Like, stopping by the store on his way home and getting me my favorite candy or movie. :)
5. What is your favorite feature of his? His muscles! Boy is buff! LOL!
6. What is his best quality? He is such a hard worker and loves Kaydence so so much and plays with her so cute!

9. What is his favorite sport? Basketball to play and Football to watch
10. When and where did you first kiss? In my parents basement, watching a movie. :)
11. What is your favorite thing to do as a couple? Watch movies. Anything outdoors. Hiking, camping, 4-wheeling, shooting.
12. Do you have any children? Yes, one beautiful daughter Kaydence!
13. Does he have any hidden talents? He's the loudest burper I've ever heard!!

Halloween comes early!!

Last Friday Kaydence and I went to Gardner Village for a birthday party for 3 little friends in the ward. It was so much fun to celebrate Halloween early and get Kaydence all dressed up.

Rob holding on for dear life!

We had a really fun weekend!! Friday night we went to the corn maze with almost the whole Peck family for Rob's sister Felicity's birthday. We had so much fun jumping in and out of the corn, trying to scare each other. Kaydence fell asleep in uncle Bryce's arms. It was so cute because he is convinced that all kids hate him but she really likes him. :)

On Saturday Rob and I went to a ropes course with a bunch of our friends from the ward. It was one that I had already been to with the youth from our ward but it was a blast!! The first time I went I did this swing that is about 30 feet in the air and it terrified me and made me so sick that I swore I would never do it again but I did!! I was so scared but it was so much fun the 2nd time around! Thanks to Mike for having his video camera ready to catch everyone making fools of themselves! Everyone was so daring that we picked the highest and hardest things to do there. Including a zip line, leap of faith and balance walk, along with other fun ones. Honestly it was a real challenge but a blast!! The next day at church we were all so sore!! Ha ha. Thanks again to Mike and Steph for organizing it all!! :)

A mothers excitement...

I know this may not sound very exciting but if you have a little girl you will understand... Kaydence's hair is finally long enough to put in pig tails!! Real pig tails, with all her hair up. They're tiny but cute! I've been waiting so long to be able to do something cute with it cuz she'll never keep head bands on. :)

My 6 quirks

So, I was tagged by Lucy that I have to label 6 quirks that I have about me so here they are...
1. Every morning when I get the baby up I sing this goofy little song to her and run in and out of her room, kissing her each time i come in. I look pretty crazy but she rolls in laughter. Good way to start the day.
2. I'll find any excuse I can to bake desert. Heck, who doesn't love brownies and cookies!
3. I change my hair color or cut more than I change my underwear! Not literally but pretty close.
4. I am super picky about having my clothes match perfectly everyday. From my shirt to my belt, socks and shoes. I notice if other people don't match too.
5. I love love love to scrapbook!!
6. I redecorate a different room in my house at least once a month. I love changing things up.
So there you go, my 6 quirks. Pretty dorky I know but it was actually fun! K all my girlfriends, your turn! :)

About our little family

So I guess I need to fill everyone in on the fun things that we are up too! Kaydence is walking and talking up a storm now! She turned one a couple months ago and it amazes me the new things that she does everyday. Rob is still working at HD and likes it a lot. I'm still at the salon 2 days a week and am enjoying doing what I love! No big plans coming up but we're taking things one day at a time. If anything happens you'll be the first to know. :)

I finally figured out how to blog!! Yay, I am so proud of myself! Now hopefully I'll be good at keeping up with it. :)
